It is almost that time again, Summer Reading! The CPL Teen Summer Reading Program begins June 16 and we want you to be a part of it. This year the Grand Prize is a Playstation 3, the 1st place prize is a Nintendo DS lite, and there are 5 $20 gift certificates for 3rd place.
